It all started with a passion for learning…

Hi! I’m Kelly.

My journey into Instructional Design flowed naturally from live teaching to online teaching, then to online course creation for adult learners. I am the creator of a successful online training site in the manufacturing sector, where I blend my love of teaching, eye for engaging design, and passion for helping others grow.

I thrive on crafting visually appealing, interactive courses that make learning both effective and enjoyable. Now, I’m excited to transition into full-time instructional design and course creation.

Beyond eLearning, I’m a writer who creates uplifting content for a nonprofit and thought-provoking articles for my own site, empowering people—especially women—to discover their true worth.

With 20+ years in education and 4 years in eLearning, I bring deep expertise in instructional design, language learning, and curriculum development. I’m bilingual and have taught both French and Spanish, fostering cross-cultural connections through education. I would love to join an international company as I truly love to surround myself with diversity – this always leads to an expanded viewpoint and an enriched experience.

I believe that technology provides a fantastic canvas to create learning experiences that can impact and shape careers, increase skills, and enrich lives. Education is the great equalizer and I love spending my energies in this pursuit!

Education and Training

I have a BA in Education, MA in French and M Ed in Digital Learning and Leading. I have studied Montessori Education, Social Emotional Learning and am quite familiar with Adult learning methods.

I am proficient with many standard technological tools of the industry, including Power Point, all things Google, Articulate, Canva, Adobe Spark, Vyond, Camtasia and multiple web design sites and LMS. AI is my latest pursuit and I love integrating it into my work process.
